    The company implements the salary according to the post. The different post has different salary.
    In employment mechanism, the company provides internal competition in order to create space for the staff displaying their talent, the opportunity for self-expression. According to individual’s skills and specialties, the staff who make a better performance will be promoted. As a result, all the staff are encouraged to learn each other and perfect themselves during the competition. The company also forms a scientific evaluation system. All staff has to join twice comprehensive skills training and assessment every year, from the authority of each department to the ordinary workers, all are included in the training assessment. The company is strictly in accordance with the general principles of post and duty. Each department organizes job training and assessment depending on their own situations. Of course, the company develops a scientific, detailed, workable appraisal method, through establishing post handbook, placing key post, increasing the efficiency wage measures in order to widen the gap in income distribution and encourage the staff learning initiative.
    The company provides the staff with good accommodation conditions. All staff can be able to work well in basis of good materials. Last year, the company invested capital for establishing a hot water shower system in the dormitory, the staff’s living facilities was becoming more comfortable.
